We provide free support for all our clients. Any slight alterations to the website design are also carried out for free.

Any major changes to your site, such as the additional pages, design changes or added functionality will obviously carry a cost implication, if this is additional to your original requirements.

All support enquiries are handled via email initially, followed up by telephone if required.

We use third party companies to host your website. We have selected them carefully to ensure that they are established reliable companies.

99.98% server uptime is quaranteed so there will be the odd occasion that your website is down due to server maintenance or technical problems. This is normal in the web hosting business. No company can guarantee 100% uptime. Should any problems come to our attention we will deal with it immediately.
