1. How long does it take for a design to be completed?
If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. Generally the most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

2. Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?
No, we do everything for you.

3. How much will it cost?
The cost will vary, depending on the type and complexity of website you require. A basic site will cost approx £350, a simple ECommerce site £900 and a basic Database Driven site £600+.
We request a 25% deposit in all cases and will consider taking payment by installments if necessary. Payment can be made by cheque or by using Payal.
The only ongoing cost will be your annual hosting fee and domain name renewal.

4. I would like you to design my site. What's next?
If you would like to use our services all you need to do is inform us of the domain name you would like to use and send us a brief idea of your requirements. We will then purchase the domain on your behalf purchase the right hosting package for your project and then based on your guidance, design an initial web page for you.
This is then refined/changed in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached. We will then need you to forward content and images for your site and start to design the website for you.

6. What happens when I complete your contact form?
If you would like a website designed please provide a brief outline of your requirments. We will then email by return with a no obligation quotation.

7. Do I need to send a deposit for the work?
Yes we generally ask for a 25% deposit from clients.

8. What is Website optimisation?
An optimised web page is one that is search engine friendly. It allows the search engine robots to find and spider your website. When the search engine has found your website it will index it and add it to their database. A well designed optimised web page will have a higher chance gaining a good position or search engine ranking for a particular search term. For more on optimisation click here.

9. How do I get listed in Google?
As part of our website design process we submit your website to all the major search engines including Google, Yahoo! and DMOZ.

10. Will we need to have a meeting?
In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and 90% of our sites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only.

11. What aftersales support do you offer?
After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge for the first three months.
